My husband and I are both ill and are disabled. We are on a very limited income. When we recieved are phone bill this month, my husband went through the roof. He thought I ordered it, and it took me a while to show him I didn't.
It was after I went on line and saw all of these reports about this company that he finally apologized.
The lady at At&t said it happened to her too. I would like to send them an email telling them to NEVER charge us again. We do not want these services.
